Measuring just 63 x 58.9 x 50 cm, the PLM1800 is well-suited as a tabletop planer. Two integrated carrying handles make it easy to move between jobs, while the built-in extraction port allows connection to a dust extractor, helping to maintain a clean workspace and minimise airborne debris during operation.

The PLM1800 includes two rubber-coated return rollers and an automatic feed system running at 7.4 m/min. Simply feed the timber onto the durable steel table, and the machine takes over for smooth, continuous planing. This design ensures consistent throughput and reduces user fatigue during repetitive tasks.

The planing height can be adjusted from 5 mm to 152 mm with millimetre-level precision using the hand crank and visible scale. Once your desired thickness is set, the planer maintains it across multiple workpieces—ideal for consistently sizing planks and boards. It can accommodate materials up to 330 mm wide, making it suitable for a wide range of timber dimensions.

A robust 1500 W motor drives the steel shaft, fitted with two 330 mm wide planer blades, reaching speeds of up to 8,500 rpm and 17,000 cuts per minute. Capable of removing up to 2.8 mm per pass, it ensures fast and clean results. The stainless steel table includes two 190 mm fold-out extensions, providing added support when working with longer workpieces.
