Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and reliably as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy, which outlines our delivery methods, dispatch timelines, access requirements, and tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Weight Guidelines
Shipping method is based on the size and weight of your order:
- Items up to 30kg (under 1 metre in length): Delivered via DPD
- Items up to 30kg (over 1 metre in length): Delivered via DXE
- Items between 30kg and 50kg: Delivered via DX1
- Items over 50kg or palletised: Delivered via Palletways or DX1
Note: All delivery times are subject to stock availability and our dispatch cut-off. Delivery estimates may vary depending on postcode and courier routes. You may be liable for additional charges if you provide us incorrect delivery address information so, please double check before you order.
Dispatch Times & Cut-Offs
- Same-day dispatch is available Monday–Friday for orders placed before 14:00 midday.
- Orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Weekend & Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched on the following working day.
Palletised Deliveries
For larger orders over 50kg, delivery will be made by a pallet courier to the kerbside only. Please ensure:
- There is sufficient access for an 18-tonne vehicle (~7.5m in length + tail-lift).
- The area allows for safe offloading and turning.
- You inform us of any access restrictions at checkout or before dispatch.
Failing to notify us of restricted access may result in redelivery charges or a small vehicle surcharge.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email. You can use the tracking number to follow your delivery directly on the courier's website.
If you have any questions about your delivery, contact us via service.uk@scheppach.com and we will assist you promptly.
Accepting Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted due to courier claim limits.
- If the Item is heavily damaged, please refuse delivery at the door.
Payment Terms
1. PayPal
Pay securely online without sharing your financial details with us. PayPal accepts all major Credit and Debit Cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as payment from your PayPal account balance.
Once payment has been confirmed by PayPal, your order will be processed. Please note that PayPal’s own terms and conditions apply to all transactions processed via their platform. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com/uk.
2. PayPal Pay in 3
We also offer PayPal Pay in 3, which allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over three (3) equal monthly payments, with no interest or additional fees charged by us. This option is available on eligible purchases between the amounts set by PayPal at the time of checkout and is subject to PayPal’s approval.
By selecting Pay in 3, you are entering into a credit agreement with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., and PayPal’s own terms and eligibility criteria will apply. Late payments may affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.
3. Apple Pay by PayPal
If your PayPal account is linked to Apple Pay, you can complete your purchase quickly and securely from compatible Apple devices. Transactions are authorised using Touch ID, Face ID, or your device passcode.
Please note that Apple Pay availability may depend on your location, device, and the card issuer’s support for Apple Pay.
5. Security of Payment
All PayPal transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store, process, or have access to your financial details at any stage.
