Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, our team is here to assist you and resolve the issue.

 

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

  • The 30-day period starts the day after you receive your goods.
  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (by email or letter) before the cancellation period ends.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 30 days to return the goods to us.

 

2. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging (where applicable)
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts received with the product

We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

 

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once opened

 

4. Returns Process

To arrange a return:

  1. Visit https://returns.scheppach.co.uk/ or email service.uk@scheppach.com to request a return authorisation.
  2. Securely repackage your item(s).
  3. Return the goods by following the instructions provided by our customer service team. Please note that return methods may vary depending on the type of product.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method (PayPal).

If your goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

 

6. Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at service.uk@scheppach.com before requesting a return. Alternatively, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
