Shipping FAQs (UK)
1. What couriers do you use and how long does delivery take?
We use the following services to deliver your items:
· DPD & DX – For parcels (under 50kg), typically delivered next working day*
· Palletways – For palletised deliveries (over 50kg), on a 3 working day service.*
Delivery times may vary depending on time of order, your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.
*Cut-off for same day dispatch of orders is 14:00.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email. For larger or pallet deliveries, you may be contacted by the courier to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
3. Do you
deliver outside the UK?
We deliver to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle
of Man, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Regrettably, we do not deliver to international addresses or BFPO locations at this time.
4. Do you
offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery on most UK mainland orders. Please check on
the individual item page for full details.
5. Where do you dispatch from?
We dispatch orders from our UK-based warehouse to ensure fast, reliable service.
6. What
should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Please allow the full estimated delivery window. If your order has not arrived
after this period, please Contact us

7. My
tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my parcel — what should I do?
Occasionally couriers may mark deliveries as complete just before they are
actually delivered. Please allow 24 hours. If your item still has not arrived,
get in touch with us through Contact us
via service.uk@Scheppach.com and we will assist you promptly
8. Can I
change my delivery address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change delivery addresses once an order is
placed. Please ensure your address details are correct before confirming your
order. You may be liable for additional courier charges caused by this.
9. Do you
deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO locations?
Due to the size and weight of many of our products, we are unable to deliver to
PO Boxes and BFPO addresses.
10. What
if my item is lost or arrives damaged?
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 24
hours via service.uk@Scheppach.com and we will assist you promptly .
