The OSM100 is equipped with a dust extraction port for connecting to an external dust collection system. This helps keep the work area clean and improves visibility and safety during operation. Regular cleaning of the machine after use is recommended to maintain its performance and prolong the life of its components.

Changing sanding sleeves is quick and straightforward. Simply remove the locking wheel, replace the rubberised sanding drum with the required sleeve size, and refit the locking wheel. This design makes it easy to switch between different sanding tasks, improving efficiency and ensuring the right finish on every edge.

All six rubber-coated sanding drums are included and conveniently stored on the machine itself. The side-mounted accessory holders keep every sleeve and insert within easy reach, allowing for organised storage and quick access while working on your projects.
