Built with a durable cast-iron base, the BTS800 offers excellent stability and high contact pressure, helping achieve consistently smooth finishes. The 100 x 280 mm sanding belt can be positioned either horizontally or vertically, and the belt pad tilts from 0° to 90° using a simple Allen key adjustment. With a belt speed of 7.5 m/s, it handles both flat surfaces and contours with ease.

The 150 mm sanding disc rotates at 2850 rpm, providing powerful surface removal. Sandpaper changes are fast and simple thanks to the hook-and-loop Velcro system. For angled sanding, the 215 x 145 mm work table tilts up to 45°, while the integrated mitre guide adjusts between -60° and +60°—ideal for precise bevel or compound angle work.

To support cleaner working conditions, the BTS800 is fitted with a built-in dust extraction port. This allows you to connect a vacuum or dust extractor, minimising airborne particles and keeping your workspace clear of debris.
