Its quiet 250 W induction motor ensures low-vibration operation, delivering precise sanding on wood, wood composites, and various plastics. The robust cast-iron construction provides a solid base, ensuring high contact pressure and consistent results.

The vertically mounted sanding belt is designed for fine, detailed work, particularly on straight or curved edges. With a belt speed of 820 m/min, it handles intricate shaping and finishing tasks efficiently. A metal stop located behind the belt maintains steady pressure, helping to achieve uniform sanding results across different materials.

To maintain a clean workspace, the BTS700 features an integrated dust extraction port. Connect it to an extraction system or workshop vacuum to minimise dust build-up, improve visibility, and maintain better air quality during extended use.

For added control and flexibility, the sander includes an adjustable work table that tilts up to 45°, making it ideal for angle sanding. The 184 x 98 mm table supports a variety of workpieces and allows precise adjustment for accurate sanding angles. Whether working flat or at an incline, the table provides a stable and secure surface.

The 125 mm sanding disc runs at 2850 RPM and uses a hook-and-loop (Velcro) system for fast, tool-free paper changes. The table features an integrated mitre gauge slot, and the included transverse stop adjusts from -60° to +60°, allowing you to guide materials confidently for perfect edge and angle sanding.
