Description
The Scheppach HM140L Sliding Mitre Saw is a high-performance, heavy-duty saw built for precision and productivity. Equipped with a powerful 2000 W motor and a large 305 mm carbide-tipped blade, it easily cuts through hardwood, softwood, timber joists, and common plastics—handling materials up to 330 mm wide and 105 mm high.
Designed for versatility, the saw head tilts 45° to both the left and right, and the turntable rotates freely from -45° to +45°, enabling a wide range of bevel and mitre cuts. Quick-lock detents at popular angles (0°, 22.5°, 31.6°, and 45°) allow for fast, accurate adjustments. The integrated laser guide projects a clear cutting line for perfect alignment every time.

The HM140L comes with two 305 mm carbide saw blades (24T and 48T), making it ready for both fast rip cuts and fine detail work. With a maximum blade speed of 7,000 RPM, the motor delivers consistent power across tough materials, making it ideal for demanding DIY and workshop applications.
For added support and precision, the extendable saw table provides stability for longer workpieces. A high rear stop, clamping screw, and parallel guides with robust linear ball bearings ensure your material is held securely and guided smoothly through the cut. The wide ergonomic handle and fully enclosed blade guard offer maximum user safety.
With its professional-grade sliding function and sturdy construction, the Scheppach HM140L is capable of handling large timber sections like 10.5 x 10.5 cm joists—making it an excellent choice for anyone needing reliable, high-capacity cutting in their workshop or on site.
